                                  NEIGHBOR  NETWORK

The Neighbor Network was established in March 2007 as a community service project.  It is located at 411 Second Street and is open Monday - Friday (9 AM - 4 PM), telephone #304-684-3990.

The main source of funding is the clothes closet that it operates.
Donations of clean clothing (that do not need mending) are always accepted.
Also needed for resale are linens, kitchen/household items, books, magazines, nick-knacks, and toys

The Network operates a food pantry.   Donations of non-perishable foods and paper products are always needed.
Food drives are held by:   St. Marys HS football team, Pleasants County Court House, Belmont Elementary School,
Allegheny Power, US Post Office, St. Marys UMC, US Post Office

    Prescription assistance
    Dental Care assistance
    Vouchers for fresh food and gasoline
    Distribution of garden plants
    Distribution of free coats from 93R coat drive
    Collected baby items for Gabriel Project
    Easter Baskets
    Mountaineer Food Bank food distribution
    Potato Distribution
    Christmas Project---obtain applications and sponsors to provide Christmas baskets for over 100 families
